Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port & Convention Center

"Our first stay was terrific! Farzana offered to text us when our room was ready as we arrived extremely early; I was not expecting quick but I was sure surprised. She was so friendly and helpful and even remembered us the next day! We were texted in an appropriate amount of time, room was perfect- clean and comfortable. I loved the palm trees outside our window!! The shower was amazing- nice and strong . Bar off of the lobby- nice benefit I highly recommend! This hotel was just a joy to stay at! We will definitely be back!"

"It took me 10 minutes to get to the hotel from the rental car center. I was greeted warmly by Elijah who assisted me with my questions and ensured that I had a smooth check in. My room was clean, roomy and spacious. Later on the the trip Enoch helped me towards the end of the trip and also provided great service. It was 9 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach and less than 5 minutes from shopping. It's a great location. I will definitely come back on my next trip."

"We had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port. The service was exceptional. Jay, the housekeeping runner, went above and beyond to assist us with supplies that helped make our child’s birthday extra special. He was patient, kind, and understanding. Adrian from maintenance also went above and beyond when we experienced a clogged bathtub. Not only did he resolve the issue immediately, but he also helped us after our toddler had an accident during bath time. He thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the bathtub, the entire bathroom, and the floors, then brought air freshener and additional sanitizing supplies. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled with professionalism, compassion, and care. Jay and Adrian truly provided five-star service, and we are incredibly grateful for their outstanding customer service."
