"CLASS A+++ VENUE, EVEN BETTER STAFF. Our event was a corporate public safety seminar, two days featuring Public Safety communications and school safety. I can't overemphasize how the venue itself shines especially the massive stage with the even bigger background screen that made the event so professional looking just look at the pictures. They were a multitude of spaces that we were able to configure and customize with absolutely no pushback from the venue whatsoever. Without a doubt the most flexible, customer service focused staff I've ever worked with. There creativity and flexibility allowed us to come up with innovative ideas for sponsorship, niche events, simultaneous training rooms, and the hospitality and food was amazing. We do 25 plus events per year all over the country and many of our attendees and sponsors have been to many of these. The overwhelming agreement was that this was the best event we ever did in the best venue. The AV crew led by Eddie was first rate, professional, knowledgeable, flexible, and continuously available. Our event liaison and manager Marissa was continuously available and responsive from the very first planning call until we were packing up and ready to go. "We celebrated my daughter’s Sweet 16 at Downtown Event Center – Fort Lauderdale, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The venue is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly set up for a milestone celebration like a Sweet 16. A special thank you to Marissa, the venue manager, who was truly amazing. She was professional, attentive, organized, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Marissa made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free, and on the day of the event she made sure everything ran perfectly. Her attention to detail and dedication truly made a difference.
